Listing data licence (summary)

You give That's Built a free, non-exclusive licence to display the listings you send (details, prices, photos and floor plans) on the matching building pages, and to link to your listing and agency.
Once a listing ends we may keep its basic facts (address, type, price and dates) as part of the building's history. Photos, descriptions and agents' contact details are removed.
Your agency's name and the buildings it's associated with stay on its That's Built page as part of the public record, even if you stop the feed. We'll correct anything that's wrong.
You confirm the agency has the right to share this content, including any photos it licenses.
We never sell your listing data to third parties, and you can stop the feed at any time.

I agree to the listing data licence on behalf of the agency, and I'm authorised to do so. I agree to That's Built storing these details to respond to me, as described in the privacy policy. Anything I send for publication is covered by the contributor terms.
