Baracon retains Southbank site and decides to develop the tower itself
Baracon chose to keep the 1344 square metre City Road site rather than sell it. The site had been listed by Savills in April 2010 with a permit for a 41-level apartment tower. The report gives an expected end value above $100 million, which is speculative.
